Death certificate: COD: cardiac disease, coronary arteriosclerosis, coronary occlusion, and pulmonary tuberculosis. ÿPatient at Fort Whipple for 36 days. ÿRemains were shipped to the Hopp Funeral Home in Clayton, Missouri for the final arrangements.
